Your Account - Verifying Login Using the Authenticator App

1. To test the feature, log out and log back in to your MySonicWall account. After entering your username/email and password, two things happen:
• A Two-step Verification window is displayed on top of the MySonicWall login screen.

• The Authenticator app on your phone displays a short numerical code for your MySonicWall account, along with a timer.
2. If you want to disable Two-step Verification when logging in from your current phone or tablet, you can select the I sign in frequently on this device. Don’t ask me for a code. checkbox. You should only do this on a personal, trusted device.
3. To get a code sent to your email address, click Email the code. This is useful if you do not have your phone/tablet with you.
4. To complete the login, type in the code from the app (or email) and click Verify.
