The My Products page provides a convenient listing of all your registered SonicWall appliances. Information listed here includes the friendly name for the product, its serial number, product line, and firmware revision, associations with other products, service renewal date, and a link to its licence key. Products are listed by friendly name by default, but you can drag and drop column headings to arrange products to best suit your needs.
Products will appear on this page once you have registered in Quick Register on your MySonicWall Home page.
My Products allows you to:
- Delete, transfer, or rename appliances
- View product listings by list, product association, or product group
- Search for specific products or appliances by keyword
- Export the listing to a spreadsheet
- View the licence key for a product
To delete, transfer, or rename an appliance, click the checkbox associated with it, and then click on the appropriate button at the top of the listed appliances. A popup menu will appear, allowing you to make the appropriate changes.
The View: dropdown allows you to group product listings by product association or product group. Click the view the options.
A Search box at the upper right allows you to search for a specific product by entering search terms.
Use the Export To: function to export your results to a spreadsheet.
Click on the key icon associated with a product entry to view its license key.
Registered SonicWall appliances and any associated security services can also be managed on the Service Management page.
To access the Service Management page, click the Friendly Name for your appliance or its Serial Number.
The top of the Service Management page displays your SonicWall registration information:
- Serial Number - The serial number of the SonicWall appliance
- Registration Code - The code generated when you register your SonicWall appliance
- Authentication Code - A unique identifier that protects your SonicWall serial number from being used by another MySonicWall.com user
- Trusted - Indicates whether a secure connection from the SonicWall management interface to your account using the MySonicWall.com login page has been established. If it has, Yes is displayed; otherwise No is displayed.
- Node Support - The number of IP addresses (devices) supported by the SonicWall appliance
- Product - The SonicWall product model
- Platform - The processor used in the SonicWall appliance
- Firmware - The version of firmware running on the SonicWall appliance
The Applicable Services section includes a list of available SonicWall security services. Upgrades for the SonicWall appliance are listed with their respective status.
The Applicable Services table shows the Service Name, Status, and Expiration Date or Activation Key. Move your mouse pointer over any icon in the Status column to see a description of the service.
