The My Products page allows you to keep track of and manage your registered SonicWall products. You can filter results to display only products associated with a specific keyword by using the search window at the upper right corner. The total registered products are summarized at the top of the page. This number changes if the list has filter criteria applied, as only products matching the search criteria will be displayed. Products can be displayed as a list view, by association with other products, or by product group.
Search results can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Click on the name or serial number of the product to go to the Service Management page.
Click on the key symbol to view the license key for this product.
The Manage Product section enables you to manage your SonicWall registration. Three buttons at the top of the page allow you to rename your SonicWall appliance, transfer it to another MySonicWall.com account, or delete it from your account.
To assign a new Friendly Name to an appliance, click Rename.
You must transfer your SonicWall registration if you sell your appliance to another MySonicWall.com user, or if you want to transfer it to another person in your company. To transfer an appliance to another user, click Transfer. An email message notifies both the old and new users of the appliance transfer.
A SonicWall appliance can be transferred only to another registered MySonicWall.com user.
To delete a SonicWall appliance from your account, click Delete.
